We are working to continuously improve the care and service we provide and have come to recognize that patient lateness is a significant contributor to clinical delays and patient wait times. In order to streamline and improve your experience, we have developed the following policies:
1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check in time and time to obtain your background health information, medication list and vital signs.
2. If you are late by more than 10 minutes for your scheduled appointment time (25 minutes after your expected arrival time) you may have to be rescheduled or may experience significant delay.
3. If you anticipate being late on the day of the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances please notify us a soon as possible so we can advise you if you will be able to be seen or would need to reschedule.
